Glendale is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Glendale is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

We like this place and come regularly for khinkali. Usually get boiled khinkali with lamb and cheese. The ones with mushroom are nice too but usually a bit too salty (nice when eaten together with the cheese ones). The honey cake we got a few times and it wasn’t very good - too dry.

I've been coming to this place for over six years, and it has never disappointed me. Here is delicious food, fresh ingredients and the quality has stayed the same year after year! The menu has a great variety dishes, including appetizers, khinkali, khachapuri, homemade soups, grilled skewers, fresh salads, desserts, and a good selection of wines, cocktails, coffee, and tea. I always order the boiled khinkali because I just don't understand the fried ones! The dough is perfectly cooked, the filling is juicy, and the meat is always flavorful. I also highly recommend the mushroom khinkali. They actually taste like real wild forest mushrooms instead of ordinary button mushrooms with no taste. I was so happy to see borscht added to the menu. It's rich, hearty, full of tender beef, and has a deep homemade flavor. Definitely order an extra side of sour cream. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. This is one of the places in Glendale I recommend without hesitation.

We came from Sacramento and visited this place for the first time. Overall, our experience was decent; however, the Adjarian khachapuri and khinkali were not particularly impressive. In our opinion, the Georgian cuisine at Story Winery is better. The food was good overall, but the dishes were quite salty. If you don't enjoy heavily salted food, this is something to keep in mind before visiting. We also wanted to sit on the patio. There was one reserved table and two other tables available, while the remaining tables were occupied by other guests. The hostess looked around the area with apparent reluctance and offered us a table inside without much enthusiasm. Unfortunately, this did not feel very welcoming. Also, please note that gratuity is automatically included in the bill, which is another thing to consider in advance. As for the service, the Russian-speaking waitress was a pleasant exception — she was very attentive, friendly, and professional, and we truly appreciated her service. However, the rest of the staff did not seem particularly welcoming and at times came across as somewhat dismissive toward guests. I can't say we disliked it, but in my opinion, there is definit

Unfortunately, our experience at this Georgian restaurant was very disappointing overall. Right when entering the dining area, there was an unpleasant smell that seemed to be coming from the kitchen. The chicken soup we ordered for our child was overly salty, the rice in it was undercooked, and the broth didn’t taste fresh. The khinkali filling had such a strong garlic smell and taste that it completely overpowered everything else. The only highlight was the khachapuri — it was actually delicious. However, the worst impression came from the restroom. It was honestly the dirtiest restaurant bathroom I’ve ever seen. A rusty trash bin and toilet paper holder looked very unkempt, but what shocked me most was the extremely dirty plumbing fixtures. It felt like they hadn’t been properly cleaned for weeks, if not longer. Seeing this level of hygiene in the restroom makes me worried about the cleanliness of the kitchen. It’s hard to understand how management allows this. Overall, a very unpleasant experience — sadly, I can’t recommend this place.

Khinkali House in Glendale is a rare opportunity for truly delicious food 😄 Yes, it's a little pricey, but after the first bite, any questions about the prices disappear. The service is excellent—fast, polite, and with a smile. My personal favorite is the fried lamb khinkali. It's not just a dish, it's fantastic 🔥 Another plus is the warm and beautiful girls who greet and see guests off, making you feel like you're not just here for a meal, but in a good mood. A place you'll want to return to... and again and again!
